Following the update of our cancellation policy and under the approved legislation (Decree-Law No. 17/2020), SANA will maintain the greatest possible flexibility in all reservations made until September 30, 2020.

Customers with existing individual reservations and for stays until September 30, may choose to reschedule the reservation or to receive a voucher of equal value to the payment already made.

Voucher Conditions:

  • Valid until December 31st, 2021
  • It is issued to the guest's order and is transferable
  • Can be used by anyone who submits it, serving as a payment method for services of equal or greater value
  • If the voucher is not used by December 31st, 2021, the guest is entitled to a refund, to be made within 14 days after that date.

Booking rescheduling conditions:

  • Rescheduling must be done until December 31st, 2021
  • Must be made directly with the hotel
  • If the new reservation is not completed by December 31st, 2021, the guest is entitled to a refund, to be made within 14 days after that date;
